2.4 Use course knowledge or materials to compete directly with Facecraft or operate similar educational services without proper licensing
2.5 Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or intentions when enrolling in courses
2.6 Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any digital materials provided

3. Content Guidelines and Restrictions

When submitting content or participating in courses, you must:

3.1 Ensure all submitted work is original or properly attributed and licensed
3.2 Not submit content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights
3.3 Respect the privacy and image rights of individuals photographed during courses
3.4 Not use course sessions or materials to promote unrelated products, services, or business ventures

4. Age Restrictions and Requirements

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you must have explicit parental or guardian consent to enroll in our courses. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements or have obtained necessary parental consent.

Indemnification Obligations

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Facecraft, its instructors, employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of photography equipment or techniques learned in our courses

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Facecraft shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of our services or facilities
Damages arising from interactions with other users or third parties
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months

Exclusion of Consequential Damages
